Our company is looking for a candidate that is passionate about beauty to manage our brands across all existing E-Commerce accounts and establish new account partnerships.
Role would include working with management to provide guidance on optimal sales mix; pricing and distribution to vendors to drive revenue growth. Use analysis and understanding of E-Commerce market to devise sales strategy, understanding influences that impact e-commerce shopping and purchase behavior. He/she will be a high energy, self-starter with strong business acumen, analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to the following:
Assess current E-Commerce business and make recommendations for growth & expansion.
Identify and expand same by implementing strategic initiatives to increase sales & revenue.
Cultivate strong working partnerships with E-Commerce buyers; seasonal strategy sessions (new product sell in, new brand sell in, support item utilization)
Actively pursue new E-Commerce business. Negotiate brands carried, assortment, and product purchase price.
Proactively project inventory needs on a monthly, and seasonal basis, with accounts. Partner directly with procurement in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee all information flow needed by E-Commerce businesses (product descriptions, product pricing, images, etc).
Collaborate with departments including sales, TMD, finance & procurement to ensure timely cross-department communications.
Qualifications of a strong candidate:
Demonstrated ability to take ownership & drive business performance
Proven negotiation skills with suppliers
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Strong analytical aptitude
Mastery of Excel. Salesforce experience a plus.
3-5 Years’ experience in beauty industry distribution and or sales
