Looking for an inspiring leader who will be the driving force for our Natural Beauty category strategy & in-store execution with both brands and retailers.
Be the Natural Category champion within EC Scott Group.
Be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who challenges the norm to come up with bold ways of working more efficiently and effectively within the Natural Category. Executes with teamwork and collaboration. Helps our indie retailers stay relevant and successful in a changing retail environment.
Lead brand management with all existing clean and natural brands within the EC Scott Group portfolio, as well as onboard new natural brands
Assist brands with the development of a clear strategy & execution plan for the specialty independent channel.
Keep brands accountable for deliverables such as promotional tools, innovation calendar, educational materials. Also keep brands accountable for providing vital business information such as new product setup information, images, sku, item descriptions, and pricing in a timely manner.
Share qualitative and quantitative feedback to brands – including but not limited to sell-in metrics, sell through metrics (when available), images of in-store activity and eventing, in-store activity reports.
Forecast product needs – for both innovation and all pipeline orders.
Conduct monthly calls with accounts to discuss business, trends, sku performance, innovation, and marketing programs.
Provide direction on: Merchandising , EDU, field sales support staff priorities ie. Monthly focus items, merchandising updates, EDU on new launches.
Brainstorm business drivers with retailers (i.e. social media posts / giveaways, in-store event ideas.
Plan our marketing programs 6-18 months in advance, working with the brands to secure support tools and communicating the successes/takeaways.
Ensures that all in-store teams have the Educational and Marketing tools needed to be successful. Drive new educational strategies, when needed.
Consistent communication with our field team assuring you are getting the proper/customized feedback for our brands
At least 3 years management experience with proven retail management/assistant management experience within cosmetics.
Excellent communication skills.
Deep understanding of Natural brands, points of difference between Natural and Conventional beauty.
Passionate about Natural/Organic skincare and cosmetics.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Effective planning, and communication, relationship-building and strong problem-solving skills.
Self-reliant with the ability to make business decisions autonomously.
Forward-thinker who is excited by brining new ideas to management, brand partners, and retail partners.
Familiar with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
