Who is my EC Scott Group sales representative?

Am I able to purchase all the brands that EC Scott Group represents? If not, how do I gain brand approval and how long does it typically take to get approved?

Brand approval is required before purchasing some of our fragrance and beauty brands. There are a handful of brands that do not require approval. Please contact your Account Manager at (877) 812-4151 or contact us here to inquire about specific brands.

Approval turnaround time varies by brand. We are successful when YOU are successful—we will do everything we can to make this process as quick as possible.


If I have a website, can I sell brands I buy from EC Scott Group online?

If you have a brick and mortar location and a website, you are authorized to sell most brands you purchase from EC Scott Group on your website. There are some brands which you may NOT sell online, which can be discussed with your Account Manager.


If I only have a website, can I still purchase product from EC Scott Group?

Most brands EC Scott Group represents require a brick and mortar location. There are some brands that do not require a brick and mortar location. For more information please contact your Account Manager at (877) 812-4151 or contact us here.


Is there a minimum order requirement?

There are only minimum order requirements for the first time that you purchase a brand. Please contact your Account Manager for specific minimums by brand. For all subsequent orders there is not a minimum order requirement.

I am a current EC Scott Group customer, but do not have a log in for the website. How do I get it set up?

For current customers without a website log in, please use this link to request one. You will typically receive your login within 1 business day.


I am NOT a current EC Scott Group customer, how do I get set up for a website log in?

You must be a current EC Scott Group account to order from our website. If you are not an existing customer, please use this link to fill out a new account application. New account applications typically take 1-3 business days to process.


What is the shipping time frame/when should I receive my order?

Orders are processed by our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The EC Scott Group warehouse is located on the East Coast, and depending on your regional location, you will receive your order 1-5 business days following the shipment.


How do I track my order?

When logged in to your website account, you can use this link to check available tracking information for your open order(s).


How do I know when an item will be restocked?

Unless specifically requested by an account, EC Scott Group has a no back order policy. If you order a product that is out-of-stock, your Account Manager can reach out to you when product comes back into stock so you can place an additional order.


How do I order a tester?

In the checkout area, you will have the ability to request testers. Your Account Manager will confirm the availability of the tester after your order is approved.
